Mortgage Checklist

The following documentation is usually required during the loan process:

  • If  hourly or salaried, 30 days of current pay stubs and W2s for the past two years 

  • If self-employed, your personal and business tax returns (all schedules, forms and K1’s) for the past two years 

  • Bank statements for the past two months - all pages 

  • Retirement and/or  Investment account statements for the past two months - all pages 

  • Current Child Support or Alimony documentation,  if applicable 

If you currently own real estate:

  • Recent mortgage account statement 

  • Homeowners Insurance declaration page 

  • Home equity account statement,  if applicable

Provision of this documentation is optional until the applicant has received their Loan Estimate and provided their Intent to Proceed.
